Rubicon Infrastructure Advisory has hired Aeneas Griffin and Sean Diffney to join the firm’s Dublin office.
Griffin has been appointed managing director and brings more than 18 years of financial services industry experience to the role.
Before joining the firm, Griffin acted as director for Bank of America Merrill Lynch – in the corporate and investment banking division – where he headed a team in charge of portfolio management for structured finance transactions.
Diffney’s new role is of associate director and he has previously worked at Irish Bank Resolution Corporation, the Economic Social Research Institute and Saxon Bank.
Conor Kelly in September 2012 launched Rubicon in Dublin – a financial advisory boutique targeting M&A activity in the infra arena [News Story].
Rubicon recently acted as the sole financial adviser to Isolux Infrastructures €600 million (£481m US$750) capital raise. The Spanish infrastructure company is active in power, solar and road concessions across the world.
