DUBLIN, IRELAND, SEPTEMBER 15th, 2025 – Rubicon Capital Advisors (“Rubicon”) is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor to Bestinver Infra FCR (“Bestinver”) and Daiwa Energy & Infrastructure Co. Ltd. (“Daiwa”) on a c. €50 million refinancing of N6 (Concession) Limited and its associated operating company, N6 (Operations) Limited. The refinancing facility was provided by Aviva Investors (“Aviva”) on behalf of Aviva’s Insurance, Wealth and Retirement business.

N6 (Concession) Limited is responsible for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a tolled 57.6km section of the N6 motorway between Galway and Ballinasloe, part of the principal east-west transport link between Dublin and the west of Ireland. The project was opened to traffic in December 2009 and the concession contract, granted by Transport Infrastructure Ireland, will run until 2037.
