Mr. Memmo has over 20 years of experience advising corporate clients and financial sponsors on M&A and financing transactions across the renewables, energy and transportation sectors.

Prior to Rubicon, Mr. Memmo held senior investment banking positions at Marathon Capital, Mizuho Securities, Bank of America and Lazard Frères.
Rubicon is further pleased to announce that Owen Weihman has joined the firm as a Director based in the New York office. Mr. Weihman has over 15 years of experience in the telecom, media and technology (“TMT”) and renewables sectors and has held senior positions with Safari Energy and Bank of America. He has advised on more than $25 billion of M&A transactions during his career.
